The Memphis Grizzlies have always been on the hunt for offense, and that hasn't changed this season, even as they experience enormous success.

Memphis is ready for that change, and reportedly are looking to acquire either Luol Deng or Jeff Green to enhance their wing rotation. So far, a deal isn't in place, sources told

Right now, it's unclear if Miami is willing to trade Deng, who was acquired this offseason and signed to a two-year, $19.9 million contract.

The report said

Boston's Green seems like a more available candidate since Rajon Rondo was traded to Dallas in December. The team has actively shopped him for some time, as Sporting News' Sean Deveney previously reported.

Green talked to local reporters about Rondo's trade and stated that he doesn't "want to know how that feels because I don't want to be traded." It's worth noting that Green landed with the Celtics via trade from the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Kendrick Perkins deal.

The NBA trade deadline is on Feb. 19.
